S. Jeremy Dunker, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist, Director

Jeremy, along with his wife Stephanie, decided to open their own practice in 2011. After working in physical therapy for more than fifteen years, they envisioned an environment where patients were more than just their symptoms. They wanted a collaborative and holistic approach to physical therapy, working alongside their patients to improve quality of life. Thus, Sage was born!

Jeremy received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2005 from Andrews University. After receiving his degree, he began intensive continuing education and mentoring and in 2008 attained his Orthopedic Specialist Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association. He has been published in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics. Jeremy’s clinical experience includes being the lead therapist in a busy outpatient sports-based physical therapy clinic. He has built a reputation amongst referring physicians and patients in the area as a knowledgeable and caring therapist who is asked for by name as a preferred clinician.

In his spare time, Jeremy likes to go for long runs and spend time with his wife, Stephanie, and their two sons.

Stephanie Dunker, MSPT

She has instructed several educational seminars for fellow therapists, including “Evaluation and Treatment of the Shoulder” and “Physical Agent Modalities.” Although well-versed in many aspects of physical therapy, Stephanie has focused her practice on outpatient physical therapy with an emphasis on seniors, wellness and vestibular rehabilitation.
