Corey Nininger, PT, DPT
Physical Therapy, Doctorate of Physical Therapy

Corey Nininger earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2018. Prior to this Corey earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Messiah College in 2014.

Corey enjoys treating patients from a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, vestibular and balance, sports, and exercise related, geriatric, cardiopulmonary, and other forms of health and wellness care. Corey is excited to be practicing in Frederick, MD where he was born and raised. Corey graduated from Tuscarora High School in 2010 and was a member of the 2008 Boys Soccer 3A State Champions. Corey enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, various water sports, and any form of staying healthy and active. Corey strives to make an impact in his community and for his patients to regain their functional ability and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Alexandra Flurie, PT, DPT CMTPT/DN
Physical Therapist, Doctorate of Physical Therapy,Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist / Dry Needling

Alexandra Garrett earned her Bachelor of Health Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania in 2016 and 2018. She enjoys treating orthopedics and geriatrics with a specialty in aquatics, workers compensation, manual therapy and dry needling. Alexandra observes injuries from a full body approach targeting the primary cause of dysfunction. She is a York, PA native who migrated to Frederick, MD for her spouse and enjoys working out, reading, trying new foods and traveling the world!

Noah Tucker, PT, DPT, ATC
Physical Therapist, Doctorate of Physical Therapy, ATC

Noah Tucker earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Wheeling University in December 2021. Prior to attending Wheeling, Noah earned his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Concord University in 2019 where he played collegiate baseball as a pitcher for 4 years.

Noah is also a certified Athletic Trainer having the opportunity of working with countless athletes in baseball, football, basketball, and soccer throughout his undergraduate career. Noah enjoys treating patients from a variety of conditions including orthopedic, sports-related injuries, and post-surgical.

Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending time with his family, deep sea fishing, and playing various sports to stay active. Noah strives to impact all his patients by improving their movement and quality life to maintain an active lifestyle.

Marijo Pickett Birkhimer, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Marijo received her certification as a physical therapy assistant in 2009 from Carroll County Community College. Marijo entered the field of PTA in April 2009. Marijo previously worked at other physical therapy offices as PT tech for 3 year, while in PTA school. Marijo has worked as a PTA for over 10 years specializing in orthopedic sport rehab conditions both in outpatient and Home care. Marijo lives in sykesville and enjoys spending her time with husband, two daughters and two dogs. Marijo and her family enjoy doing outdoor activities such as ATV riding, fishing, hiking and most of all playing soccer and basketball in multiple clubs.

Erin Hoffman, OPTA, OMTS
Occupational/Physical Therapist Assistant, Orthopedic Manual Therapy Specialization

Erin earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree and license in 2016 after attending Carroll Community College in Westminster, MD. Prior to this, Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2014 from the University of Maryland, College Park. Erin treats a wide variety of patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, sports rehab, post-operative, and total joint replacements. She is passionate about educating her patients for overall health and wellness. She received her Orthopedic Specialization in 2017 and Orthopedic Manual Therapy Specialization in 2020. Erin also specializes in myofascial cupping therapy. Spending most of her life living in Frederick, Erin is an active member of the community and enjoys watching her favorite local college and professional sports teams. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and traveling.
